Oversaw the complete creative and production process, managing a multidisciplinary team of 25 volunteer designers and fashion students. Responsibilities included team recruitment, conducting interviews, and establishing an efficient, collaborative workflow across all creative and technical departments.

Directed model walks, supervised backstage operations, and managed cue transitions to maintain a seamless show experience. Additionally, provided oversight of the full location setup to create a cohesive and immersive environment for both participants and audience.
